PMF Foundation Launches COLLAB Small Grant Program to Spark Greater Collaboration
The PMF Foundation is thrilled to announce the launch of its inaugural COLLAB Small Grant Program, a new initiative designed to encourage greater collaboration among not-for-profit organisations across the City of Greater Geelong, Borough of Queenscliffe, Golden Plains Shire, Surf Coast Shire and Colac Otway Shire.
At the PMF Foundation, we believe that strong partnerships can amplify outcomes, extend reach, and create lasting change. The COLLAB Grant is built on a simple idea: when organisations work together, they can tackle complex challenges more effectively than they could alone.
In the spirit of “two heads are better than one,” this grant round invites not-for-profits to join forces, share expertise, pool resources and co-design initiatives that respond to shared community needs. Whether through formal partnerships or emerging collaborations, we’re looking for projects that demonstrate how collective effort can lead to deeper impact.
We know that collaboration takes time, trust, and intention. But we also know it can lead to innovative thinking, stronger networks, and more sustainable outcomes. This grant program aims to spark those connections and support the early steps that help ideas grow.
We encourage organisations to think boldly and creatively about how collaboration could enhance their work, align with their mission, and unlock new opportunities to serve the community.
Who knows - this could be the beginning of a remarkable partnership (and a brilliant project).
2025 COLLAB Small Grant Program opens: Friday 1st August, 2025.
