Small Grant Round
Applications are now closed.
In 2025, PMF Foundation launched its Small Grant Round targeting the G21 region (Geelong and surrounding areas), with a particular focus on collaborative projects. This ‘Collab’ focus may vary from year to year.
The Small Grant Program has been designed to support meaningful partnerships with organisations operating across the G21 region.
We anticipate that this program will also foster long-term relationships, laying the foundation for ongoing collaboration and helping to drive sustainable change and innovation in the community for many years to come.
More information about the 2026 Small Grant Round will be published soon.
