Our Village is Victoria's leading organisation redistributing quality pre-loved essential items to vulnerable babies and children. Established in 2009 (previously St Kilda Mums, Geelong Mums, Eureka Mums), we operate from warehouses in Melbourne and Geelong, supported by over 620 volunteers.

Our vision is simple: Share more. Waste less. Every child thrives. We provide essential items like prams, car seats, cots, clothing, and safety equipment – all provided with dignity and at no cost to families experiencing disadvantage.

In 2024, we supported 22,176 babies and children from 9,158 vulnerable families across all 79 Victorian LGAs, rehoming 75,780 items valued at over $8.5 million. Our 180 community partnerships span healthcare, social services, and local government, ensuring items reach those most in need.

We are extremely grateful to the PMF Foundation for supporting our Services for Women Experiencing Family Violence program, which currently supports over 7,500 children affected by family violence annually. One-third of all requests for help from Our Village come for children whose mothers are survivors of family violence. Collaborating with local agencies, we provide comprehensive support packages enabling women to demonstrate their capacity to care for children whilst preventing returns to dangerous situations due to lack of basic necessities.
